Shipping
  • We ship everything to your door step. For your security, merchandise orders $1000 or over require an adult signature.
Pickup

Pick it up at JEWELRY STUDIO in charlotte at your convenience, and get advice and answers from our jewelry pros.

  • You’ll get an email when your purchase arrives at your chosen location.
  • You have 7 days from the day we sent the email to pick up your purchase.
  • Only you can pick up your order – we’ll ask you to sign for it with a valid photo ID. We want to make sure only you get the merchandise you ordered and paid for.
  • Some merchandise may be excluded.
Ship to a FEDEX Access Point

Looking for a secure, flexible delivery option? You can have your package shipped to a FEDEX  LOCATION near you.

  • Available for most orders $5,000 or less.
  • Simply choose a FEDEX LOCATION near you and select your preferred shipping method.
  • We’ll deliver your order to the UPS Access Point you chose and email you a pickup code when your item is ready.
  • When you get to your FEDEX LOCATION, show your pickup code to collect your package.
  • You’ll have 7 days from delivery to pickup your order, after which FEDEX LOCATION will send it back to us.
WEATHER DELAYS: Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. JEWELRY STUDIO will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges based on an inclement weather delay.

NOTE: Selecting expedited shipping does not prioritize or rush any personalized, made to order items. The shipping goes into effect once the item has been physically dispatched.

Domestic orders within the USA shipped via Standard shipping will take approximately 1-5 business days, but delivery dates may vary.

International orders outside of the USA may take up to 21 business days.

Delivery dates may vary depending on selected shipping method.

The Cost of Shipping will be added during the Checkout.

We accept multiple forms of payment for merchandise. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Zelle or a wire transfer. Once you have made your product selection, email us at jstudionc@gmail.com and our Online Sales Team will provide payment links for each form of payment to complete your transaction.

To facilitate a return or exchange on any non-personalized items, please reach out to us at contact @ jstudionc@gmail.com within the 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments must be sent with a signature requirement for any courier used.

We are not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature  upon delivery.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment- This includes giftcards. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping and insurance.

Kindly allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect back to your account.
