- All personalized and 14KT personalized, handmade items require an estimated 3-4 business weeks for production before they are shipped. Choosing expedited or overnight shipping will not prioritize your order in the production queue.
- Non-personalized orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is complete and ready for dispatch.
- Combined orders containing both personalized and non-personalized items will be shipped together once the personalized pieces are ready. If you would like to receive your non-personalized items sooner, please email us at jstudionc@gmail.com to request a split shipment.
